By accessing and using LiveScan360 ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not use the Service.

LiveScan360 is a platform that connects individuals requiring fingerprinting services with certified Live Scan providers. The Service facilitates appointment scheduling, payment processing, and communication between customers and providers.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

If you are a Live Scan provider using the Service, you represent and warrant that you:

• Hold all necessary licenses, certifications, and permits to provide Live Scan services
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
• Maintain appropriate insurance coverage for your services
• Will provide services in a professional and timely manner
• Will honor all appointments scheduled through the platform

If you are a customer using the Service to schedule Live Scan appointments, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when booking appointments
• Arrive on time for scheduled appointments with required documentation
• Comply with the provider's policies and procedures
• Pay all applicable fees as agreed upon at the time of booking

Payments for services are processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and acknowledge that we do not store your payment card information.

Providers set their own pricing for services. LiveScan360 may charge a platform fee for use of the Service. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our cancellation policy.

Cancellation policies are set by individual providers. Customers should review the provider's cancellation policy before booking an appointment. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the provider's policy and may be subject to cancellation fees.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any other systems or networks
• Use any automated system to access the Service without our express written permission
• Transmit any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or any items of a destructive nature through the Service

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LiveScan360 and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service without prior written consent.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. LIVESCAN360 DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

LiveScan360 acts as a platform connecting customers with providers and is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or legality of services provided by Live Scan providers. Any disputes between customers and providers should be resolved directly between the parties.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIVESCAN360 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LiveScan360, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
